Refunds & Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Follow the guidance below for physical products, digital magazines, and promotional bundles.

Our returns process aligns with UK consumer rights legislation. For trade accounts, bespoke contract terms may apply. Please review any service schedule or SLA in your agreement.

Eligibility

  • Physical items: unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
  • Damaged or faulty products: eligible for exchange or full refund.
  • Digital magazines: refundable if the secure download hasn’t been accessed.
  • Promotional bundles: partial refunds are pro-rated based on retained items.

Return window

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. For business customers with account terms, your dedicated account manager can extend this window on request.

Download logs are available on request to evidence digital access attempts.

How to request a return

  1. Visit the Contact page and include your order number plus a brief description.
  2. We will respond with a return authorisation (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the items, we’ll confirm approval or provide next steps within two working days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks typically process card refunds within 3–10 business days. For Stripe payments the refund confirmation email includes the transaction reference.

Return shipping

If the item is faulty or shipped in error we will provide a prepaid label. Otherwise you are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend a tracked service and sending us the tracking ID once shipped.
